• Non-fundraising Tours – No commission paid but raffle prizes given.
• Children under 16 – Half Price.
• Commissions + price categories based on adult passengers only. Children must pay at adult prices to be included.
• Refunds are not given after full payment is made. Deposit is transferable but not refundable

Children cannot be included to make up the above price categories unless they are paid for as adults. For example if you have 39 adults plus one child you must pay for 40 adults to obtain the 40-44 price.

If numbers on the day of tour decrease from the category paid for you will be required to pay the difference. For example if you pay for 40 adults and only 38 arrive on the day the difference will be collected.

No refunds are given after full payment is made. The deposit is transferable to another date but now refundable.

Tours will not be allowed to proceed unless full payment is received no later that 10 days prior to the tour departure.
